Family African Dance Day
Together with your family, discover a high energy, fun and athletic way of dancing: African Dance.The workshop will encourage you to listen to the rhythm of the drums, to your own internal rhythm, to others and to be one with the music.
Nathalie Grand will take time to teach you some traditional movements from West African culture and by the end of the workshop everyone will be dancing as a group, moving all parts of their body to the rhythm of the Djembe and sharing their happiness.
There is no experience required for this workshop. So why not challenge yourself and your family to learn something new, enjoying this vibrant art form and put even more sun in your summer.
This workshop will take place from 12pm - 1.30pm.
