This workshop with Olga Anacka will explore basics of patchwork and embroidery techniques through group activity. Inspired by St Brigid’s Cape – one of the key tapestries from Olga’s Patching Femininity exhibition, participants will be encouraged to design, create and embroider an individual piece of fabric. The aim of this workshop is to develop a shared space that encourages imagination and connects people through craft making. All materials will be provided with donations of fabrics always welcome.
