In this playful and inspiring workshop participants will engage their creative imagination to make their own Assemblage art work. 

They will learn how to make creative connections and repurpose everyday objects into unique works of art.  

Materials will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring along a selection of small bits and bobs such as textiles, shells, sticks, stones, fragments of broken toys, games, wood, metal, ceramics, keys and jewellery as well as paper (text/image), and any other small, discarded household objects you would like to include.  

Please note, it might be messy so wear old clothes!   

This event takes place in conjunction with Dwelling by Caoimhe McGuckin, which runs in our Children’s Gallery until Saturday 21 December.
