Join the Aquatic Yogi (Paul Donnelly) for an engaging and playful yoga session designed to build strength, self-awareness, and confidence. This guided flow will not only awaken the body and mind but also inspire a sense of identity and empowerment in your little ones.
Paul will be joined by Siân Quill on the day who will encourage you to dive into a world of imagination with a lively poetry reading session tailored for you and your child. Through rhythmic verses and creative wordplay, kids will discover the joy of language and storytelling.
This fun-filled workshop combines movement and words, encouraging children to express themselves and grow comfortable in their own skin while having fun!

About Siân Quill
Siân writes scripts for RTE’s Fair City and for children’s TV shows, the most recent of which is Cartoon Saloon’s Silly Sundays. She writes fiction and poetry for adults and children and, once upon a time, she was a theatre actress. Siân’s poem ‘I like Being a Frog’ is included in I am the Wind.
