Kildare Arts Service Support Salons

Support Salon is a monthly informal meet up (September-December) for Kildare-based professional creative practitioners to have a cuppa, talk about how their work is going, make connections, share time and gain insight into other people’s workflow and ways of making work happen. Facilitated by Elizabeth Hilliard, the Support Salons will be an open and inclusive space for people to find support in a community.

Free to professional artists, the informal salons will welcome drop ins. Parents are welcome to bring children; this is an inclusive space.

Elizabeth Hilliard is Musician in Residence 23/24 supported by Maynooth University in partnership with Kildare County Council Arts Service, Music Generation Kildare, Music Generation Offaly, and Music Generation Westmeath. The residency is designed to provide students and the broader communities of Kildare, Offaly and Westmeath the opportunity to work with Elizabeth, as well as giving her the time and support to develop her own projects and create new work.
