If you opt-in to receive our seasonal brochure via post, data will be shared with our printing partner, Sooner Than Later. You can opt-out of postal mailings by contacting our Box Office on 045448327 or email boxoffice@riverbank.ie.
Ticketsolve, MailChimp, Realex Payments, and Sooner Than Later act as data processors on behalf of Riverbank Arts Centre. We have worked with them to ensure they adhere to our privacy principles and GDPR and have implemented appropriate technological measures to secure data.
When you purchase tickets or gift vouchers online, via phone, or in person from our Box Office, we will ask for your name, email, phone number, and postal address. This data is stored by our ticketing partner, TicketSolve.
For online transactions, All credit/debit card details are processed securely by Global Payments Inc (formerly Realex Payments). Riverbank Arts Centre does not receive or store any online card details,
For Box Office/Phone transactions, All credit/debit card details are processed securely using AIB Merchant Services. Riverbank Arts Centre does not store any card details.
The information that you provide on the Riverbank Arts Centre website will be used only for its stated purpose. By sending us an e-mail message, you may be sending us personal information such as your name, address, and e-mail address.
