Newbridge Drama Presents: Bothered and Bewildered, a comic drama that follows Irene and her two daughters Louise and Beth as they begin a long journey in which the girls lose their mother in spirit but not in body.
This play deals with the subject of Alzheimer’s and has some equally wonderful comic and poignant moments.
As Irene struggles to discern reality, she remembers her past and laments choices made on her behalf.
She discusses with her unseen and witty companion, Barbara Cartland, how best to write her memories and along the way discloses long kept family secrets.
A must see production.
