Online data is shared between Riverbank Arts Centre CLG and Ticketsolve only and only for the process of booking tickets and creating transactions online. Where patrons have opted to provide their details for mailings, data will be shared with MailChimp (email) and SendMode (SMS service).

Ticketsolve acts as a data processor on behalf of Riverbank Arts Centre CLG (data controller).

Ticketsolve and Riverbank Arts Centre CLG have implemented appropriate technological measures to protect against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration or disclosure.
