Anna Newell Theatre Adventures at Scoil na Naomh Uilig

Our team were delighted to be invited to Scoil na Naomh Uilig this week to visit Anna Newell and company as they performed 9 shows of Up In The Clouds over three days.

Up In The Clouds is a chilled-out adventure for children and young people with complex/profound needs.

Performed inside a dreamy white tent to just 3 audience members at a time at a time, Up In The Clouds drifts its audience off to a gentle magical place full of exquisite live harmony singing, air and space and gentle object play, with the shows designed so that the performers can respond to each individual child/young person.

Touring The Network For Extraordinary Audiences in 2025 funded by Arts Council Ireland, Up In The Clouds will play special schools and early years settings for children with complex needs across Ireland as well as The Civic, Tallaght.
