A workshop for adults entering their age of grandparent/elder glory. Through group musical and physical exercises, this workshop invites participants to engage the embodied imagination to connect with an elder in their lineage. This connection serves as a reflective ground for participants to consciously explore the kind of elder (and ancestor) they want to become for the next generations.

Length: 2 hours
Experience Level: Basic exposure to physical and/or a body-based creative or healing practice is helpful, but not a requirement.
