Sit down, not for long though! Open your listening
ears, your seeing eyes and get ready to enter a
world where a wicked fairy and a giant come to life
to try to scare you. Will Finn the warrior of the
Fianna let them loose?
We will all soon get up and move our greatest
warrior moves, fly like a fairy, or hunt in the darkest
forest. Wherever our imagination takes us we will
dance it with fun games for the whole family.
moving words is a story-time with live dance performances event for young audiences that combines the art of contemporary dance with reading a selected picture book, with the aim of making a live dance performance accessible to a wider audience. This event provides the community the experience of a dance performance integrated with an inclusive and tailored movement workshop.
Suitable for 6-8 years.
A celebratory day of free family events as part of Brigid 2025 – Spirit of Kildare festival, funded by Kildare County Council.
