The Performance Corporation presents The Table

In 100 years things will taste very different. Award-winning theatre-makers The Performance Corporation present a darkly comic new play about taste, food, human survival and the future. The Table is part of a suite of new work titled Expedition, developed by The Performance Corporation with Canadian company Boca del Lupo around the theme of climate change. The work takes an ironic and sometimes challenging look at how we live today, from the perspective of 100 years in the future. The Table premiered at Canada’s Magnetic North Theatre Festival in June this year, as part of Culture Ireland’s I am Ireland 1916-2016 centenary programme. Delicacies will be served during the performance. Duration 20 minutes. Not suitable for children.
