Finger painting is an art that most of us have experienced in our childhood. While there’s no doubt about the fun element of this activity, it can also help to alleviate stress and encourage relaxation. Martina will guide participants through a series of tactile finger painting techniques on paper and canvas, encouraging participants to engage with art from a sense of play & expression.

Participants are reminded that this is a messy workshop. Please bring an apron if you can!
