You are invited to take a dive in to the beauty of sleepy winter nature by capturing its impressions in clay. Guided by artist Marta Golubowska, participants will create unique ceramic tiles – experimenting with different colours of slip and impressions. Rendering the mood of worlds that live both inside and outside of ourselves.

About the Artist

Marta Golubowska is a visual artist and art educator. Originally from Poland, Marta lives and works in County Kildare, having moved to Ireland over a decade ago. Marta studied Art at Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk.

In addition to her artistic practice, Marta believes in educational values of art. She works on projects with schools and in community settings and runs CPD courses for teachers also.  In the past, Marta has collaborated with Kildare County Council, Design and Craft Council of Ireland, The Ark and Riverbank Arts Centre.
