Poet and playwright Róisín Sheehy will take you on a storied adventure inspired by the heroes and heroines of Irish Folklore to awaken your imagination and power within.  

There will also be a chance to go through a fun guided yoga flow with the Aquatic Yogi (Paul Donnelly) to live out your own adventures summoning your hidden super hero power –  building strength, identity and confidence.

The act of story-telling empowers the imagination likewise yoga awakens the body and mind to its full potential – why not merge the two in a fun way to introduce them both to the young ones and let them grow comfortable in themselves.
