Ballymore-Eustace Concert Band presents an evening of music with a repertoire featuring movie scores, marches, popular classical music and rock/pop pieces arranged for wind band. Under the direction of Jon Clifford the concert band will play a selection from their recently launched album Flourish and will be joined by award winning soprano Ruby Boland. The McGrattan Band will offer a contrasting programme specialising in traditional flute. The concert will feature a reading from poet Patrick Hopkins whose work is deeply influenced by Zen Buddhism and the natural world.
