2016 brings with it new music from the renowned Luka Bloom one of Ireland’s best-respected contemporary folk artists. Having produced 20 albums since the 1970s, Luka continues to push the boundaries of what his music can do with his album new FRÚGALISTO.

Luka Bloom has the power to bring audiences to a hush as his poetic lyrics bounce over melodies in a beautiful, captivating way. The same artist can rouse the spirit of the audience to the ceiling when he changes the tempo.

Luka Bloom will perform the songs from is album Frugalisto and songs from the first 20 years of his 40 year career on the 23rd of September. Support on the night comes from Luka’s sister Anne Rynne who’s just released her debut album this year.

On the second night of his Riverbank Luka will performs songs from Frugalisto and songs from the second part of his forty year career. Support on the night comes from Clare Sands.
