Riverbank Arts Centre has joined forces with the Future Makers’ Collective to bring you ‘Eco Mindfulness’.

In this one-hour virtual workshop, we will be exploring practical ways to look after our planet and our mental health through games, exercises and challenges that you can do from the comfort of your own home.

This workshop will be conducted over Zoom and is suitable for children between the ages of ten and twelve, with an eagerness to learn about environmental wellbeing.

This workshop will be presented online via ZOOM and will be 60 minutes in duration.  Participating children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.  Materials required – a range of recyclables: cardboard, milk carton, egg box, newspapers, plastic bottles
