Like to try something new this January? It has been well documented that participating in arts and creative activity benefits our mental wellbeing. This two hour ZOOM workshop with artist Glenn Gibson will encourage you to explore techniques and materials to create sculptures from wire. 

With a career spanning over two decades, Glenn Gibson is a professional artist who creates and teaches wire sculpture in Galway. In this introductory workshop,  Glenn will demonstrate how to make a tree and bring you step by step through the process. 

Please note, although this workshop takes place on Friday 22nd January,  it is essential that you book in advance (by Friday 15th January) as the materials you need will be posted out to you by the artist. In order to do this, we will contact you for your postal address and request your permission to share this with the artist. Suitable for people 18+ – no previous experience of sculpture required.
