When teenager Priscilla Beaulieu meets rock-and-roll star Elvis Presley at a party on a German army base in 1959, the two form a deep connection. Allies in loneliness, they become best friends. As their long courtship grows into a turbulent marriage, Priscilla – portrayed with extraordinary poise and strength by Cailee Spaeny – experiences isolation and betrayal by Elvis (Jacob Elordi) as the pressures of fame cause his behaviour to become more erratic.
