As part of The Great Work of Preserving, Fairland Collective presents a morning of making and eating. Join us to make corzetti pasta – an embossed pasta round originally made for Italian noble families during the middle ages.
Open to all ages – children and adults welcome! (children must be supervised by a parent or guardian)
