Home Is Where The Art Is Launch
Riverbank Arts Centre invited primary schools across Kildare to participate in a unique collaborative project as part of June Fest 2017. The response was overwhelming; eight schools worked with four Kildare based artists, culminating in the creation of unique pieces of art.
Over 350 students worked on the art pieces, across different mediums, allowing them express their own creativity whilst being part of something bigger.
Participating schools were: St Mark’s Special School, Newbridge Educate Together NS, St Patrick’s NS, Scoil na Naoimh Uilig, St Cloneth’s and Mary’s, Scoil Mhuire NS, Patrician Primary NS, and Gaelscoil Chill Dara.
Home Is Where The Art Is runs from Thursday 1st June to Friday 30th June.
